1) Go to browser,Type"MSN account"in search box & Click on "Microsoft Account:Sign Up".3) When you click on bing webmaster tools then open a new page and click on sign in button.
5) When your account successfully open,type your site and click on add button.
6) First we need a sitemap of your site so,we open new tab and type blogger site map generator.
7) Type Your site URL and click on generate sitemap button.
8) After click on generate sitemap button and copy site map.
9) When we get a sitemap of your site then again go to bing webmaster tool,paste the copy site map and click on add button.
10) Copy the HTML tag show in fig.
11) Go to your blog,click on template button and click on edit HTML.
12) Paste the copy HTML tag in the center HTML coading <head></head> as shown in fig and click on save template button.
13) Go to again bing webmaster tool and click on verify button.
Congratulate your site/blog has been submit to bing and yahoo search engine.
